F-d up cars

On South Portland St. at the Prospect Heights-Fort Greene border, there's a bridge that spans a Long Island Rail Road rail yard. The bridge also happens to be near the 78th precinct station, and I suspect they tow cars from accidents and busts to this bridge to be left for dead.
